How to get out of your own way: release and trust.

Have you ever had a nagging feeling that you’re playing small? Or that there’s a different way to go about your goals? Hopefully I am not alone in this, because transition is not a fun place to be. Especially when you’re unsure of what you’re stepping into.

This is what the past 4 months have been for me. A full unveiling of what this next step of service looks like. Slowly but surely, the fog has lifted around what expansion could look like. And let me tell you, it’s been tough. But I think that’s also the beautiful part about life, the journey: not fully knowing the destination and watching it unfold as you move!

It also allows for less constriction around the big things already planned for you. Let go and let God - can I get an amen?

With that being said, the past 30 days have been FULL of clarity. Knowing the who, what, where, when and why of this bigger than BIG vision.

Hugs N Hustle has been such an amazing platform to serve, hold community and see real change played out in my clients work life and personal lives. But something was pulling at me to think larger and not keep my dreams and vision in a box.

We block so many blessings by sitting in logic, when God has something so much bigger planned!

All of this to say, Hugs N Hustle will not be going away but instead, it will be stepping into my larger corporation: The Leader HQ, LLC. Hugs N Hustle will now be the female focused community within my larger company.

This has been the best leadership lesson for myself thus far: truly being able to step out of my own way when things grow larger than me.

This has also been the best business owner lesson I have experienced in my decade of entrepreneurship: detaching my personal identity and worth from the business I have.

Everyone wants to work “on” the business/team rather than “in” it - but are you willing to do what is required?

Are you willing to step out of the way to let things fully grow without you at the center?

Are you willing to step out of logic and into trust?

Are you willing to be still and listen?

If not, don’t fear, the lessons to put these into practice are coming!

I am so incredibly excited for this new huge step into service and impact for everyone.
